About Veblyx
We provide website design, development, hosting and maintenance for Pakistani businesses. Scope and pricing are confirmed in writing before work starts.
Services & Packages
WaaS, one-time builds, care plans, basic SEO and custom development. Business sites from Rs. 3,000/mo; e-commerce from Rs. 4,000/mo.
Payments
WaaS: first month upfront, 6-month minimum. One-time: 50% advance, 50% at launch. All prices in PKR unless stated otherwise.
Your Domain
Domain registration stays in your name. We host and maintain on Veblyx servers during WaaS or care plan subscriptions.

Your Content
You supply text, images and logos. You confirm you have rights to use all materials. Content delays may extend delivery timelines.
Revisions & Scope
WaaS includes content changes within the same site. New pages, redesigns and extra features outside scope are quoted separately.
Delivery Timeline
Typical launch is 3–5 working days after we receive complete content and payment, unless a custom timeline was agreed.
IP, SEO & Liability
Important legal protections for both parties
Intellectual Property
One-time clients receive files after full payment. WaaS clients license the site while subscribed. We may showcase work in our portfolio unless you opt out in writing.
SEO & Results
Basic SEO is included. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic or sales. Advanced SEO and ads require a separate agreement.
Liability & Law
Liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 6 months. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes resolved in good faith first.

1. About Veblyx
Veblyx provides website design, development, hosting, maintenance and related digital services to businesses in Pakistan and elsewhere. Contact us on WhatsApp.
2. Services covered
We offer WaaS, one-time packages, care plans, basic SEO and custom development. Business website: up to 6 pages (WaaS Rs. 3,000/mo or one-time Rs. 15,000). E-commerce: up to 20 products (WaaS Rs. 4,000/mo or one-time Rs. 20,000). Care plan: Rs. 2,000–3,000/month. Custom work is quoted individually.
3. Payments & billing
WaaS: first month due before work starts; 6-month minimum; early cancellation requires payment of remaining months. One-time: 50% advance, 50% at launch. Care plan: monthly, cancel anytime from next cycle. Late payments may pause work, hosting or support.
4. Domains & hosting
Your domain stays in your name; you pay registrar renewal fees. WaaS and care plan clients are hosted on Veblyx infrastructure while active. One-time clients receive files at launch; hosting is yours unless you add a care plan.
5. Content & client duties
You provide content and confirm usage rights. Launch is typically 3–5 working days after complete content and payment, unless otherwise agreed for custom work.
6. Revisions & scope changes
WaaS includes unlimited content changes within the same site structure. One-time builds include agreed revisions during development. Out-of-scope work (new pages, gateways, extra products) is custom development.
7. Intellectual property
One-time: full files upon payment. WaaS: licensed use while subscribed; buyout available by agreement. Veblyx may show completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise before launch.
8. SEO disclaimer
Basic SEO is included (meta tags, mobile layout, SSL, headings). No guarantee of rankings or revenue. Advanced SEO and marketing are separate services.
9. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect losses or third-party failures (registrars, hosts, gateways). Total liability is limited to fees paid in the 6 months before a claim.
10. Termination
Care plans: cancel month-to-month. WaaS: 6-month minimum applies. We may suspend service for non-payment or misuse. Surviving clauses include payment obligations and liability limits.
11. Governing law
Governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes addressed in good faith first; Pakistani courts have jurisdiction if needed.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date at the top will change. Continued use of our services after updates means you accept the revised terms.
