Common questions before you choose a package
What is the difference between WaaS and one-time?
WaaS is a monthly subscription (Rs. 3,000–4,000) where Veblyx builds, hosts and maintains your site with a 6-month minimum. One-time is a single payment (Rs. 15,000–20,000) and you receive full website files at launch.
When do I need a care plan?
After a one-time build, if you want Veblyx to host, update and support your site without full WaaS. Care plan is Rs. 2,000/month (business) or Rs. 3,000/month (e-commerce) with no minimum term.
Who owns the domain?
You do. Domain registration and renewal stay in your name. Veblyx manages hosting, development and maintenance on our servers for WaaS and care plan clients.
How do I pay?
One-time builds: 50% advance to start, 50% at launch. WaaS and care plans: monthly via bank transfer or agreed method. Discuss payment on WhatsApp.
How long does it take to go live?
Most websites go live in 3–5 working days when you provide content (text, logo, photos) on time.
Is basic SEO included in all packages?
Yes. Every Veblyx website package includes meta titles, mobile-friendly design, SSL and Google-ready page structure at no extra charge.

What is WaaS?
WaaS (Website as a Service) is Veblyx’s monthly subscription model. We design, develop, host, maintain and update your website for a fixed monthly fee. You own your domain; we handle everything else.
How much does WaaS cost?
Business websites: Rs. 3,000/month. E-commerce sites: Rs. 4,000/month. First month payment is due upfront.
What is included in WaaS?
Responsive website development, hosting, SSL, unlimited content changes within the same site, basic SEO, and technical support. Your site goes live in 3–5 working days when you provide content on time.
What is the minimum contract?
There is a 6-month minimum commitment. After that, your subscription continues month-to-month with no long-term lock-in.
What happens if I cancel WaaS early?
If you cancel before the 6-month minimum ends, the remaining months must be paid. After 6 months, you can cancel month-to-month anytime.
Do I get the website files on WaaS?
During your active WaaS subscription, your site is hosted and managed by Veblyx. For full code ownership, choose a one-time build instead.

Up to 6 pages, responsive mobile-first design, basic SEO, contact forms and WhatsApp integration. Hosting included on WaaS; one-time clients receive full files.
How much does a business website cost?
WaaS: Rs. 3,000/month (6-month minimum). One-time: Rs. 15,000 (50% advance, 50% at launch). Care plan after one-time build: Rs. 2,000/month.
How many pages are included?
Up to 6 pages are included — Home, About, Services, Contact, FAQ and more. Blog posts do not count toward the limit.
Do blog posts count toward the 6-page limit?
No. Blog posts are separate and do not count toward your 6-page package limit.
Do I own my website after one-time payment?
Yes. One-time clients receive full website code and files at launch. Add a care plan at Rs. 2,000/month for ongoing hosting and updates.

How many products can I list?
Up to 20 products are included in the standard e-commerce package.
What payment methods are supported?
WhatsApp ordering and cash on delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Online payment gateways (JazzCash, cards) are available as custom development.
How much does an e-commerce website cost?
WaaS: Rs. 4,000/month (6-month minimum). One-time: Rs. 20,000. Care plan after one-time build: Rs. 3,000/month.
Can I add more than 20 products?
Beyond 20 products requires custom development. Contact Veblyx on WhatsApp for a quote.
Do you integrate payment gateways?
Yes, as custom development. JazzCash, card payments and other gateways are quoted based on your provider. WhatsApp + COD is included in the standard package.
Is inventory management included?
Basic product listing and updates are included. Product and inventory updates on the care plan are part of ongoing maintenance.

How much does the care plan cost?
Rs. 2,000/month for business websites and Rs. 3,000/month for e-commerce stores.
What is included in the care plan?
Managed hosting, SSL, WordPress and plugin updates, security monitoring, weekly backups, minor content edits and basic SEO maintenance.
Can I cancel the care plan anytime?
Yes. The care plan is month-to-month with no minimum commitment. Cancel whenever you want.
Who is the care plan for?
Clients who chose a one-time website build, or existing site owners who want ongoing hosting and maintenance without full WaaS.
Is hosting included in the care plan?
Yes. Your website stays online on Veblyx servers as long as your care plan is active. Your domain stays in your name.
What changes are included?
Minor text, image, price and contact updates within your existing website. New pages or redesigns are quoted separately.
Basic SEO

What basic SEO is included?
Meta titles, meta descriptions, mobile-friendly layout, fast loading, proper heading structure and SSL on every page.
Is SEO included in all packages?
Yes. Basic SEO is included in WaaS, one-time builds and care plans at no extra charge.
Do you guarantee Google rankings?
We set up SEO fundamentals correctly, but rankings depend on competition, content quality and many other factors outside our control.
What SEO services are not included?
Advanced SEO: backlinks, content marketing, Google Ads and ongoing SEO campaigns require a custom quote.
Is basic SEO really free?
Yes. It is part of every Veblyx website package with no additional monthly SEO fee.
Do you offer advanced SEO services?
Yes. Contact Veblyx on WhatsApp to discuss advanced SEO, content marketing or Google Ads.

Quote-based work beyond standard packages
What counts as custom development?
Anything beyond 6 pages, 20 products, or standard WaaS/one-time packages — including payment gateways, booking systems, portals and bespoke builds.
How do I get a custom quote?
WhatsApp us anytime. Describe your project and we will send a fixed quote before work starts.
How long does custom work take?
Timeline depends on scope. We give an estimated delivery date with every quote.
Can you add payment gateways?
Yes. JazzCash, card payments and other gateways are custom development based on your provider and requirements.
Do you build entirely new websites outside packages?
Yes. Fully bespoke websites outside our standard packages are quoted individually.
Is there a minimum price for custom work?
